1. What is your delivery time?
In order to deliver the goods to customers as quickly as possible, we have warehouses in multiple countries with available stock. We can ship orders immediately upon receipt. Taking the United States as an example, delivery is possible within one week in most regions after placing the order.
2. Why are there no prices on your website?
In order to provide our customers with the most competitive prices, we only make a profit from the product itself and do not markup shipping fees. However, shipping costs vary for each address, and even for the same address, the shipping fees may differ based on weight and timing. Therefore, once customers provide us with the accurate address, we inquire about the shipping fees and then offer the most precise and cost-effective pricing to our customers.
3.I noticed that the back of your doormats has two types of materials: PVC and latex. What are the advantages and disadvantages of these two materials?
There isn't an answer of which is better between PVC and latex; each has its own characteristics. PVC is known for its high cost-effectiveness and durability, making it a mainstream product in the market. Latex, on the other hand, stands out for being more environmentally friendly. By the way, we are one of the pioneers in latex-based coir doormats. Only in recent years, after the exclusive supply agreement with a major retail chain expired, have we started supplying to other customers. Please note that if the customer does not specify, we will quote and ship PVC backed doormats by default.
4. If I receive defective doormats, what should I do?
Our company has always operated with integrity and places a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, that's why we have the current market reputation. If you receive doormats with quality issues or if they are damaged during transportation, simply provide photos as evidence, and we will either refund or replace the goods for you. Incidentally, our customer satisfaction rate is significantly higher than the industry average, and we haven't had any customer complaints for many years.
5. What is your MOQ?
Generally, our minimum order quantity is one pallet. The purpose of the minimum shipment unit is to save on shipping costs. If you are willing to accept a higher price, smaller order quantities are also acceptable. Of course, even if you purchase only 10 mats, our prices remain highly competitive.
6. More precisely, what color are your doormats?
Based on our many years of experience, the most suitable color for printing on coir doormat is light brown. The coconut fibers we use is just this color. Going slightly darker or lighter can affect the printing pattern's effectiveness. Please note: the color of coconut fiber is naturally occurring, and no one can guarantee that each mat will be exactly the same.
